Each capsule contains:
• Chitosan 200 mg
• Psyllium Seeds 200 mg

Chitosan assists in weight loss and the reduction of high cholesterol, by absorbing fat in the intestinal tract before it is absorbed. Chitosan is a substance derived from the shells of crab, lobster, shrimp and other marine organisms. People allergic to shellfish can therefore not use HerbaZone Fat Absorber.

Psyllium is a tiny, fibrous seed which absorbs water in the intestinal tract to swell to a large voluminous gelatinous mass. The bulk induces peristalsis to relieve constipation, and help in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and diverticulisis. By softening the stool, it makes them easier to pass which is helpful for people prone to painful or bleeding haemorrhoids. In addition, Psyllium absorbs cholesterol-rich bile in the intestinal tract which helps to lower cholesterol levels, while also helping to prevent gallstones. As a weight loss aid, Psyllium ingested before meals with water, provides a sense of fullness, which reduces the number of calories consumed per meal.

Dosage: For weight loss, take 2 capsules with a glass of water 30 minutes before meals. For lowering cholesterol, take 2 capsules with the main meal of the day.  Drink at least one full glass of water for every two capsules taken.
